ABOUT

I’m an independent curator, writer, and educator with a practice rooted in embodiment and contemplation. My work moves across performance, visual art, movement, and community-engaged contexts, exploring how creativity and artistic practice respond to lived, personal, and collective experience.

Alongside exhibitions and public programs, my curatorial practice includes relational formats that attend to gathering, presence, and ethical ways of being together. This work is informed by my own embodied and contemplative training, shaping how I listen, attune, and hold space.

I’ve curated projects with organizations including FADO Performance Art Centre, the Toronto Performance Art Collective (7a*11d Festival), Vtape, and Hemispheric Encounters, and I’m involved in arts education and access work, including community-based literacy programs such as Book Clubs for Inmates. I am on faculty at Dance Arts Institute (formerly the School of Toronto Dance Theatre) and have held roles with the University of Toronto, Hart House, Sensorium: Centre for Digital Art and Technology, and Blackwood Gallery.
